Milky Puddles of Maldives (Maldives Diaries)

It's the quality of sand that makes the Maldives special. With fine white sand, puddles after monsoon rains aren't murky nor muddy. They are milky! Where else do you see milky puddles? The same is true in the local island of Maafushi which is 10-15 minutes away from Anantara by speed boat.

This is the Eye in the Sky!

I think it's interesting considering that puddles in my country are associated with murk and mud. :)
