Or maybe you're on a diet and would rather have their Mediterranean Salad - grapes, apples, cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese with vinaigrette sauce. This one's from CCP Complex's Harbour Square!

What exactly is Lechon ?
Hi Ram,
Lechon is pork dish, particularly of a roasted suckling pig popular among Hispanic/Latin countries, and since we were once under the Spaniards, we're part of the lot. It's also very popular in Peru and other countries in South America.
